Job Role /Responsibilities

Technical Purchase Procedure: Assist in the preparation and execution of technical purchase orders. Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with company standards. Coordinate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and specifications. Evaluate and select suppliers based on technical criteria and project needs. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Conduct vendor assessments and performance evaluations. Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best deals. Ensure timely follow-up with vendors from procurement to payment. Procure to Pay Process: Oversee the entire procure-to-pay cycle to ensure smooth operations. Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoice processing. Address and resolve any issues related to procurement and payment. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payment to vendors. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities. Prepare regular reports on purchase orders, vendor performance, and project status. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
