  • The Procurement End-to-End Process Owner (E2EPO) is a dynamic and strategic role designed for leaders who thrive in optimizing complex business processes

  • This pivotal position offers the opportunity to lead and innovate by managing a team of up to 10 Business Process Experts and partnering with IT Solution Owners to sculpt critical design decisions that propel system functionality and business results forward
  • As an E2EPO, you will champion compliance with rigorous process standards, master risk management, and drive a governance model that fosters innovative problem-solving and substantive process enhancements
  • Your ability to communicate strategic visions effectively will be key to translating complex plans into clear, actionable strategies that resonate with senior stakeholders
  • Key Responsibilities include:Accountable to drive the template design, deployment, enhancements for procurement processesAccountable for integration alignment with other teams to promote seamless collaboration and operational coherenceDrives transformation to align legacy procurement systems with new global templateCritically reviewing template designs and escalates concerns if key business outcomes, goals, and timelines are at risk Who you are: You are a leader with experience working across business processes with expertise knowledge in procurement strategies, vendor management, and supply chain logistics
  • You have a moderate to deep knowledge of the Life Sciences industry
  • Preferred requirements:Minimum Bachelor degree; advanced degree preferred, plus 10+ years of experience, preferably in a leadership role working across multiple business units or functionsAbility to steer motivate a solution-oriented business teamPossesses an entrepreneurial mindset inclnegotiation, program mgmt
  • and problem-solving skillsAbility to help drive change management towards business teams and stakeholdersAbility to communicate clearly with senior leaders translate guidance into clear next stepsProficient in analyzing complex business processes simplifying them into clear, actionable insightsAbility to develop long-term strategies that align ERP functionalities with overall business objectivesUnderstand financial implications of ERP implementations inclcost mgmtROI analysisTrack record of delivering results in a global, matrixed environment
