Technical Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

Vendors:-

1. Administering vendor management processes and incorporating best practices like data management and vendor performance etc.
2. Automation ideas in the current process and implementation in vendor and operation management processes.
3. Finding repeated issues, tracking support tickets related to vendor issues, and helping our team in getting timely resolutions.
4. Keep up with international rules and regulations, in turn making a smooth process for our international business.

Operations:-

1. Identification of operational issues that may affect the delivery of services and creation of solutions to promptly address those problems.
2. Creation of operational documentation like help docs, videos, FAQs, quotations, API documentation.
3. Involvement in multiple departments and help them improve processes and other things.
4. Bring ingenious thoughts and ideas to add value to project MSG91 as a whole.

5. Handling global SMS and RCS querys .

Preferred candidate profile

1. Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
2. An open and participatory style that encourages creativity, cooperation, and sharing of information across different departments.
3. Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment.
4. Demonstrated a high level of written and oral English communication skills.
5. Good computer skills in spreadsheets excel, and word processing.
6. Analytics and data management .
