Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  
• Develop strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients, understanding their needs and concerns.
  
• Utilize computer skills to manage project files, track progress, and communicate updates to clients.
  
• Possess convincing power to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in account management or related field (client servicing).
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
  
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and reporting.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation and Canva for visual presentations.
