Role & responsibilities
Presentations & Documentation:
* Create professional business presentations for clients .
* Prepare detailed reports , proposals and business documents.
Portal , Website & Social Media Management :
* Manage and update the company's portal with relevant data and documents and latest offerings.
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance.
* Regularly review and update the company website as needed.
* Oversee company social media accounts (LinkedIn , Instagram etc).
* Create and post relevant content ensuring brand consistency.
* Monitor engagement and respond to comments & messages.
Quotations & Proposals:
* Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts for clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and service details.
Strategic & Administrative Tasks:
* Support the management team in strategic planning and execution.
* Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
* Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing .
* 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role preferably IT or software services.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel , Powerpoint , Word ) & Canva.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to manage social media platforms.
* Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
