Job Description
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights Journeys.
- Act as a Technical Advisor for project teams, providing guidance and oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Configure entities, forms, views, and workflows to align with business processes while leveraging out-of-the-box features and functionalities.
- Design and implement secure, reliable, and high-performing integrations with upstream and downstream applications using Azure services, REST APIs, and other integration tools.
- Lead the migration of data from legacy applications or on-premises CRM systems to Dynamics 365.
- Develop high-level and low-level design documents and ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with Dynamics 365 updates and enhancements, incorporating new features into solutions.
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Proven track record in a technical leadership role, guiding teams through complex implementations.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including forms, workflows, and business rules.
- Strong experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using tools such as Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, and other middleware solutions.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 modules (eg, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations).
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong coding skills in C#, Dotnet, and JavaScript for extending Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, etc).
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert
