Job Description
- As a D365 Finance Functional Architect, you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, including analysis, design, modeling, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies to design and implement solutions tailored to clients business needs.
- Ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices while delivering high-quality solutions.
- Leading the design and implementation of finance and accounting modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Management, Budgeting, Credit & Collections.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
- Providing expert guidance on ERP implementation methodologies and finance process optimization.
- Keeping up to date with the latest D365 F&O features, modules, and functionalities, ensuring clients benefit from the latest advancements.
- Leading requirement-gathering workshops, identifying business needs, and translating them into effective D365 F&O solutions.
- Managing data migration from legacy systems to D365 F&O, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Acting as a mentor to junior team members, guiding them on technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Advising executives and key stakeholders on strategic ERP solutions, acting as a trusted consultant in decision-making processes.
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT and ERP solutions, with at least 7-8 years dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Extensive knowledge of D365 F&O modules and business processes, particularly in finance and accounting.
- Proven expertise in ERP implementation methodologies, best practices, and integrations.
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and analytics within D365 F&O.
- Microsoft CE (Customer Engagement) and external integration tools experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex business solutions at an executive level and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent business communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for continuous learning, staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
