Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead (5-8 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Business Central Implementation Lead to oversee the deployment and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for our client.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementations, business process optimization, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, from requirements gathering to go-live.

- Conduct business process analysis and align Business Central configurations with client needs.

- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Oversee system customization, integration, and data migration as needed.

- Provide user training and support to ensure a smooth transition.

- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and IT teams to address technical challenges.

- Monitor project risks, ensure quality standards, and drive project success.

- Provide post-implementation support and continuous system enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision implementation.

- Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycles, finance, supply chain, and operations.

- Hands-on experience in customization, extensions, and Power Platform integrations.

- Experience with data migration, APIs, and third-party integrations.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

- Strong project management experience, preferably with Agile or PMP certification.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.

Preferred Skills :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.

- Experience in the healthcare industry or working with similar businesses.

- Knowledge of Azure, Power BI, and automation tools.
