Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Associate Software Developers. This role offers a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, contribute to software development, and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using C# or Python with Azure DevOps knowledge.
- Work on backend development, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Assist in deployment and automation processes using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Learn and apply best practices in software development, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C# or Python.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, along with experience in .NET Framework or Python for application development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and deployment automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and web development concepts.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
