Job Description

Objectives of the role

Therole is a team management role which covers top states like Maharashtra andUttar Pradesh in phase 1 and Rajasthan, Karnataka, MP etc in phase 2 managingthe state heads and the beneficiary success teams within these states. The rolewould entail understanding the requirements of SMEs in key sector like Agri/ECommerce/Travel and help create training content which equips them with theright skills of micro entrepreneurships in scaling the business. Businessgrowth for the micro Entrepreneurs would create jobs in each of these sectors.

KeyDeliverables

12-15 years of experience of Account Management of which 3-4 years as a team lead in ecommerce/Agri Tech industries with an experience/ comfort of dealing with government officials/organisations & SMEs/Sellers/Kirana Stores/Travel SMEs/FPOs.
Ensuring high client/partner engagement like Local trade associations, business groups, state and local Government bodies.
Ensure high engagement of beneficiaries with the program created for the micro Entrepreneurs.
Developing and executing beneficiary success strategies that drive product adoption and maximise value. Gathering client/partner feedback and communicating product improvement suggestions to the product team. Advocating for the customer within the organisation to ensure their needs are prioritised.
Monitoring engagement metrics, tracking success KPIs, and regularly reporting on outcomes to leadership.
Build and Lead the Beneficiary success team with a beneficiary -centric approach, prioritizing beneficiary success and growth
Strong leadership capability in building and managing high-performing teams. Promote a positive, diverse, and inclusive culture aligned with foundations values.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication abilities, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
