Job Title: Senior Client Partner
Location: Bangalore (Candidates must be based in Bangalore and able to commute)

Role Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Client Partner with expertise in account management and client relationship development.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in farming roles, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy:
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Leverage existing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to strengthen partnerships.
Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and execute account plans that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and ensure mutual success.
Project Oversight:
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Forecasting & Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on account performance, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
Market & Industry Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging business opportunities.
- Share insights with internal stakeholders to refine strategies.
Leadership & Mentoring:
- Guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 14-18+ years in account management, client relationships, or business development, preferably in IT services or consulting.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in farming roles with existing MsA relationships.
- Strong sales acumen with a history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
Domain Knowledge:
- Expertise in digital transformation, cloud solutions, AI, or enterprise software.
Educational Background: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
