Job Description
- 12-15 years of experience of Account Management/Business Development in ecommerce/Agri Tech industries with an experience/ comfort of dealing with government officials/organisations & Mission aligned companies.
- Managing and growing relationships with key clients/partners including but not limited to Central and State officials, SFAC, NABARD, FPOs/ CBBOs in the Agri sector and ONDC/ Network Partners/Platforms/Sellers etc engaging proactively to understand their goals and challenges and offering solutions that align with their needs.
- High Energy Level- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Goal Focussed- Aligned with deliverables on a weekly/monthly and quarterly level
- Comfortable with Data Handling related with the sectors at the macro and micro level. Familiar with tableau/Excel/PPT
- Passion for the sector and has a long term perspective. Has demonstrated significant value creation in previous roles through long term contribution. Has a perspective on India growth story and the role of non-profits in it
- Flexibility to adapt and learn within an incubation program
Key Deliverables
Identify opportunities ofcreating microentrepreneurs within the sector and open doors for thefoundation. These micro entrepreneurs would help create millions of jobs overthe next few years.
Should be able to createself-serve channels for skilling and training of micro entrepreneurs. Wadhwanifoundation is in the business of skilling in various sectors leveraging thecore proposition of AI based learning.
Can build a path to job creationthrough the engagement with key stakeholders.
Strong leadership capability in building and managing high-performing teams. Promote a positive, diverse, and inclusive culture aligned with foundations values.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication abilities, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
