• DWP Catalog Request
• Helix Dashboard
• Smart Reporting
• BWF (Business Workflows)
• Innovation Studio
• ITSM Module

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing ITSM solutions, developing innovative workflows, and enhancing service management processes to drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize ITSM tools to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide insights using Helix Dashboards and Smart Reporting.
• Enhance user experience with DWP Catalog Requests.
• Utilize Innovation Studio for workflow automation and process improvements.
