As a BMC Remedy Developer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering BMC Remedy solutions, leveraging your expertise in BMC Remedy custom application development, Java, JavaScript, or C#, and Agile software development.

Required Skills

1. BMC Remedy Custom Application Development: 3-5 years, Expertise in designing, developing, and customizing BMC Remedy applications.

2. Programming Languages: 3-5 years, Strong grasp of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or C# for customizing and extending BMC Remedy applications.

3. BMC Remedy AR System: 3-5 years, Ability to develop, configure, and customize applications using BMC Remedy AR System.

4. Troubleshooting: 3-5 years, Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BMC Remedy applications and configurations.

5. Business Process Analysis: 3-5 years, Ability to analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement effective BMC Remedy solutions.

Main Job Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and customize BMC Remedy applications to meet business requirements.

2. Customize BMC Remedy forms, fields, and workflows to streamline processes and enhance user experience.

3. Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within BMC Remedy applications.

4. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of BMC Remedy solutions.

5. Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BMC Remedy applications, processes, and best practices.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

8. Develop and implement automated testing and deployment scripts.

9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

10. Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
