Role & responsibilities:
● Support account management and customer success initiatives for key clients.
● Assist in developing and executing strategies that drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
● Analyze data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
● Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to drive engagement and advocacy.
● Contribute to problem-solving discussions and provide strategic recommendations. Qualifications & Experience:
● MBA from a reputed institution with 2-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate data insights into business improvements.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
● Prior experience in a consulting firm or strategic/operational role is preferred
