Role & responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
● Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client business objectives, leveraging strategic and operational insights.
● Analyze data-driven insights to identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
● Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing consultative solutions to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
● Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels, from senior leadership to operational teams.
● Drive client retention and expansion through proactive engagement and value-driven discussions.
● Lead problem-solving discussions and provide data-backed recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
● 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role within consulting, strategy, or operations.
● Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.
● Strong analytical skills with experience in working with data visualization tools and financial modeling.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. ● Prior experience in consulting firms or strategy/operations teams within organizations is highly preferred.
