Role & responsibilities:
● Lead and influence a multi-disciplinary team to achieve account health metrics, success KPIs (Adoption, CSAT, NPS), and revenue growth.
● Develop and execute strategies for each account, identifying key success factors, milestones, and obstacles.
● Collaborate with PreSales, Customer Success, and Product teams for upsell, cross-sell, and identifying new use cases.
● Provide insights to refine customer strategies and define actionable plans for growth.
● Build strong relationships with Business and IT decision-makers to influence adoption and secure advocacy for Vymo.
● Ensure smooth Vymo launches and implementations by proactively resolving issues and improving governance processes.
● Oversee project teams during engagement and act as an escalation point for both customer and Vymo delivery teams.
● Analyze customer metrics and industry trends to inform decision-making and enhance customer outcomes.
● Lead, mentor, and inspire a geographically dispersed Vymo Account Team to achieve success.
About You:
● 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Program Management, or Account Management.
● Expertise in the Financial Services industry and digital transformation.
● Strong understanding of complex products and their value to large organizations.
● Proven ability to lead customer programs and navigate complex relationships.
● A consultative approach with the ability to simplify technical systems for clients.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
