Account Manager

I am looking for an account manager's preferably CA/MBA with 8-10 years of experience. CTC can be 15-18 lacs with following duties and responsibilities include:

• Managing customer relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts, and ensuring the client's needs are met
• Achieving sales targets: Setting sales targets, overseeing account representatives, and making regular reports on sales performance
• Developing sales plans: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
• Resolving customer complaints: Dealing with disputes by providing effective solutions
• Managing projects: Leading Brand management activity, and ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
• Working with internal teams: Working with different internal teams to make sure the client's needs are understood and successfully met

Account manager should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to understand client needs and provide solutions. They should also have a business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
