Job Summary

As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be the key liaison between clients and our creative team, overseeing projects from inception to delivery. Your role will focus on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring project objectives align with creative strategies, and keeping everything on schedule and within scope.

Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and brand needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Manage client expectations, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure a smooth communication flow.
• Work closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver high-quality creative work.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Oversee briefing processes, ensuring clear and actionable direction for the creative team.
• Monitor project progress, address roadblocks, and adjust plans as needed.
• Understand market trends and provide insights to clients on creative and digital strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to pitch new ideas and proposals to clients.
• Track budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Measure project success through client feedback and performance metrics.

Required Responsibilities :

• 5+ years of experience in account management within a creative agency or marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, branding, digital marketing, and design principles.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset.
