Website Designer (UI/Visual Design) Website Designer (UI/Visual Design) We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Designer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in creating visually engaging and user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for crafting stunning digital experiences that align with our client s brand identities while ensuring optimal functionality across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of visual design principles, user interface design, and responsiveness. While the primary focus is on website design, experience in mobile app design is a plus. We d love to meet you if you are passionate about innovation, creativity, and detail-oriented design!
Key Responsibilities: - Website UI/Visual Design: Create visually appealing user interfaces for websites, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and are aesthetically engaging across devices
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Wireframing Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and improve user flows for websites
- Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are fully responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones
- Design Consistency: Create and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure a consistent look and feel across web platforms
- User-Centered Design: Apply user-centered design principles to enhance user experiences, focusing on usability and interaction design
- Stay Updated on Web Design Trends: Keep up with the latest UI/visual design trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies, applying them to projects when relevant
- Feedback Iteration: Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, team members, and user testing
- 4+ years of proven experience in UI/visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs (experience in mobile app design is a plus)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of responsive design, visual hierarchy, and modern web design principles
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies (a plus)
- Experience with creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and detail-oriented design
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design workflows
- Basic knowledge of animation and micro-interactions (a plus)
- Strong time-management skills
