Mid Market (MM) Account Manager
Job Overview:
As Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be playing a critical role to make a direct impact on customer retention, contribute to hireEZ's revenue growth and develop your sales skills from the A-team in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Success Metrics:
- Provide exceptional support to assigned customer accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired success metrics and ROI.
- Foster proactive and consistent client engagement, building strong relationships with customers.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to secure account health and customer success.
Renewal Management:
- Take the lead in managing the renewal process for existing accounts, identifying and addressing potential obstacles to ensure smooth and timely renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and strategize renewal plans.
- Upsell new products to existing customers to drive revenue growth.
Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Track and document important customer lifecycle details, including opportunities and post-sales information, within hireEZ's company CRM (SFDC).
- Keep a close eye on key customer milestones, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and continuous user training throughout the lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Skills:
- Customer engagement and client relationship-building skills to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to clients (high level of professional maturity and business acumen).
- Able to track and document important customer lifecycle details, including new whitespace/upsell opportunities, key partnership milestones and post-sales retention stage strategies, within hireEZ's company CRM (SFDC).
- Capable of organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer enablement, and product development, to drive customer success and growth initiatives.
- Data analytics and reporting skill to translate business priorities and opportunities for the client with leveraging hireEZ & the right solution to maximize ROI.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of customer success lifecycle.
- Familiar with the end-to-end renewal process, managing timely renewals, strategic negotiations, and minimizing churn.
- Knowledge of virtual user product training.
- Knowledge of customer ticket management cycle and follow-through.
- Familiar with the customer onboarding process and enablement.
- Knowledge of recruiting/sourcing lifecycle in talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with Jira, Tableau, hireEZ Product, Gong, and Salesforce and other applicable applications for account management.
Experience:
- 3+ years related experience.
- SaaS/IT/CT Sales or Consulting background.
