Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, driving engagement initiatives, and identifying opportunities for upselling and advocacy.
- This role requires candidates to work from 6 pm to 2 am remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and define success criteria and create success plan with the customer.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Nurture existing relationships and build new relationships within the customer organisation.
- Identify opportunities for upgrades and upsell and pass on the opportunities to account managers.
- Track product usage and encourage customer to increase product adoption through product education and training for use cases.
- Identify success stories and turn satisfied customers into advocates.
- Encourage and facilitate customer testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
- Gather customer feedback on products and services.
- Communicate customer needs and insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to track customer metrics and identify trends.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address customer challenges and concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers effectively.
- Ability to identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
