You will combine technical knowledge with clear, concise writing to help shape Murf's influence within the developer community.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and online help content.

- Work closely with engineers, developers, product managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.

- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences, including non-technical users.

- Ensure all documentation adheres to established style guides, branding guidelines, and industry standards

- Incorporate user feedback to improve documentation quality and usability.

- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visuals to enhance technical documentation.

- Identify and implement best practices for creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements :

- Familiarity with version control systems(Git).

- Knowledge of programming languages (e. g., Java, PHP, Typescript HTML/CSS) is a plus.

- Experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer-facing documentation is preferred.

- Exceptional ability to write clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources, including interviews with SMEs.

- Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure documentation accuracy.

- Domain knowledge in Content and Commerce would have an added advantage.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- 4+ years of experience in technical writing for developer audiences, with a strong portfolio of content that has demonstrably driven traffic and engagement.

- Fluency in Python and familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including popular technology stacks and AI frameworks.

- Solid understanding of APIs, programming languages, and developer tools, enabling the creation of content that resonates with technical audiences.

- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, informative, and accessible educational materials, maintaining a consistent voice and tone.

- Demonstrated experience with AI or machine learning projects, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the AI landscape and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills : Experience building or engaging with developer communities is a plus.
