Role : Workday Integration Developer

Job Description :

As a Workday Integration Developer, you will be a key part of our team, responsible for designing, developing, and testing various Workday integrations.

This role involves collaborating with internal teams (Finance, HR, IT, Payroll) and external partners to address requests and deliver integrated solutions.

Adopting an agile and flexible approach, you will help define business requirements and deliverables efficiently.

Responsibilities & Impact :

- Design, develop, and test Workday integrations within the platform's architecture.

- Translate business specifications and change requests into technical requirements and detailed specifications.

- Adhere to integration standards, best practices, and ensure data security, privacy, and quality are maintained.

- Leverage Agile principles and follow project methodologies.

What We're Looking For :

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.

- 7+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer.

- Proven ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to develop practical, scalable solutions.

- Workday certification is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Payroll, Business Processes, Organizational Hierarchies, and Integration Security.

- Experience with Workday Payroll (in-house or third-party integrations).

- PECI/PICOF experience is a plus.

- Hands-on expertise in developing Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Advanced Custom Reports, and Document Transforms.

- Proficiency in Workday Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards).

- Experience with XML, XSLT, Workday Custom Reports, Custom Objects, and BIRT.
