Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, and email security gateways.
This role requires experience in managing and maintaining messaging systems, ensuring their smooth operation, security, and efficiency.
The Messaging Administrator will also play a key role in project implementation and providing support to end-users.Responsibilities:
Administration and Management: o Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud-based messaging systems, including Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and MS Teams.
o Administration of mailboxes, distribution lists, public folders, and other messaging resources.
Implement and manage email security gateways to protect against spam, malware, and other threats.o Monitor system health, performance, and capacity; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
Project Work: o Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of messaging-related projects.o Migrate mailboxes and data between on-premises and cloud environments.
o Implement new messaging features and technologies.
Support and Training: o Provide technical support to end-users on messaging-related issues.o Develop and maintain documentation for messaging systems and procedures.o Conduct training sessions for end-users on new features and best practices.
Other: o Stay up-to-date on the latest messaging technologies and trends.o Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of messaging systems with other IT infrastructure.o Perform other duties as assigned.

- Current office location is Vikhroli however team will move to Thane sometime in Mar
