Job Description
- Design and Deploy: Architect and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Ubuntu Expertise: Manage and optimize Ubuntu-based systems within the AWS environment.
- Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations and deployments.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Security: Ensure all cloud infrastructure components meet security standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to optimize applications for the cloud and provide guidance on best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
- Experience: Proven experience as an AWS Engineer with a focus on Ubuntu systems.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture, proficiency in managing Ubuntu servers, and experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform,).
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash).
