TSC - Associate Project Manager

Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Track project health to ensure successful completion of short and long term goals of the project. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Effectively manage and publish weekly/monthly executive updates and facilitate steering committee meetings Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Manage and report risks at a project level to make timely recommendations that will minimize risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Works collaboratively and professionally with other associates in cross functional teams to achieve goals Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion Manage change request effectively. Work on the RFP/RFI, as per the need and contribute at org level initiatives
