Job Title: Senior Executive - Customer Experience & Acquisition
Location: Gurgaon, HR
Reports To: Business Head


Job Summary:

As a Senior Executive - Customer Experience & Acquisition, you will manage client acquisition, client interactions, address concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed expectations and uphold the organizations commitment to excellence in hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation through tele-calling, networking, industry events, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the company's services and value proposition.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.

Client Experience Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with prompt and professional service.
  • Address client feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues as necessary.

Service Delivery Coordination:

  • Run the entire event projects communication to ensure seamless clarity to all stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve internal processes vis a vis acquisition and servicing to increase efficiency.
  • Regularly review client feedback from surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to identify actionable insights.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience in client acquisition & servicing.

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
