Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Media Strategy for e-commerce brands:
o Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms, including
Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media or marketplaces.
o Create targeted ads tailored to specific audience segments and track ROI for e-
commerce brands.
2. Campaign Optimization:
o Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing metrics like CTR, conversion
rate, CPA, and ROAS.
o Adjust ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize
campaign efficiency and achieve performance goals.
3. eCommerce Platform Management:
o Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce website to ensure a seamless user
experience, maximizing conversion rates and average order values.
o Oversee the product listing process, ensuring SEO best practices, accurate product
descriptions, and compelling visuals.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
o Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or Amazon Analytics to evaluate paid media
and eCommerce performance.
o Generate weekly and monthly reports to provide insights into campaign results and
areas for improvement, presenting these findings to the marketing team and
stakeholders.
5. Audience & Market Research:
o Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, new opportunities, and
areas for growth.
o Segment audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviours to tailor
campaigns to specific customer needs.
6. Collaborative Campaign Execution:
o Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging ad creatives,
including graphics, video, and copy.
o Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
across all digital touchpoints.
7. Budget Management:
o Track and manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation
and adherence to monthly and quarterly budget goals.
8. Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising platforms, and algorithm changes
to keep campaigns optimized and ahead of competitors.
o Experiment with new advertising formats and strategies to boost engagement and
conversion rates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional
experience.
• 3+ years of experience in paid media management and eCommerce marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and
marketplaces/eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRO principles.
• Familiarity with eCommerce best practices, including product listing optimization and site
navigation.
