Customer Service Executive

Job description

• Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab.
• Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management.
• Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies.
• Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries.
• Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and home team.
• Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators and transcribers.
• Handle client inquires via Emails, calls and chats to provide appropriate solution, thereby increasing business.
