Role & responsibilities

• Sales strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and achieve targets
• Sales team: Leading, motivating, and guiding the sales team, and evaluating their performance
• Sales targets: Setting sales targets for individual representatives and the team as a whole
• Customer base: Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base
• Customer service: Servicing the needs of existing customers
• Market research: Conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives
• Customer feedback: Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management
• Sales representatives: Recruiting and training sales staff, and allocating areas to sales representatives
• Sales figures: Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Leadership: Managing several locations in a region and ensuring that they meet sales goals
• Empathy: Meeting various store managements and discussing their issues and concerns
