Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for the company, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals and financial targets
Analyze historical financial data, production costs, and market conditions to inform the budget planning process.
Prepare regular monthly and quarterly forecasts to ensure the companys financial performance is on track with budgetary targets.
Monitor actual performance against budget and prepare variance reports highlighting discrepancies.
Prepare regular financial reports, budget status updates, and performance summaries for senior management.
Knowledge of financial software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, MS Excel) and advanced financial modelling techniques.
Education & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, or CPA) is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or accounting within a manufacturing environment, preferably in steel or heavy industries.
