Job Description
- Should have minimum 10 yrs experience in Power project, maintenance & operation. Sound knowledge in DCS- ABB, Honeywell, Emerson, Yokogawa. Keen knowledge in all field instruments in PP maintenance of field instruments like Level Transmitters, Flow meters, Control Valves, ON/OFF valves, Brix Sensors, Pressure Transmitters, pH meters Preventive Maintenance, calibration of pneumatic & electronic instruments. Familiar with P I D control loops, level and Pressure transmitters, magnetic flow meters, motorized valves, control valves, flow meters and other related instruments.
- Troubleshooting with the field instruments like pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, flow transmitter, level transmitter pressure switch, temp switch, pneumatic control valves, petitioners, I/P, speed probes, Vibration sensors, etc…
- Calibration of pressure, temperature switches and Gauges, Transmitters and control valves.
- Establishing and configuration of I/O modules
- Establishing the link between Controller and Monitoring station
- Establishing the link between controller and the monitoring station Through PROFIBUS, Ethernet CAT Cable. Control loop checking & testing.
- Observation of process, operation, automation and control of various installed instruments and its related preventive and breakdown rectification.
- Preparation of Engineering documents like I/O list, Instrument Index, ISO documents.
- Compliance with the health and safety regulations and quality standards.
