Vrinsoft - Business Analyst (2-3 yrs)

About the Role :

- We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience who possesses strong logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

- The ideal candidate should be well-versed in software development processes, requirement gathering, and pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.

- Develop key project documents, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Scope of Work (SOW), Feature Lists, Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and proper documentation of project scope and objectives.

- Assist in pre-sales activities, preparing project proposals, and refining project scopes.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance project planning.

- Work closely with developers and testers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Present and explain ideas, features, and project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure projects follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and maintain comprehensive documentation.

- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a service-based company.

- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to clients.

- Familiarity with pre-sales activities and documentation.

- Understanding of SDLC, project scope management, and requirement documentation.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.

Nice-to-Have:

- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies.

- Experience working with project management tools.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
