Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements to improve healthcare workflows and processes.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define and implement effective EHR/EMR solutions.

- Ensure compliance with HL7, HIPAA, and other healthcare standards.

- Use data analytics to identify trends and drive business improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance patient outcomes.

- Document business requirements, create user stories, and assist in UAT.

Must-Have Skills:

- Healthcare Domain Expertise - Strong understanding of healthcare processes and regulations.

- EHR/EMR Systems - Hands-on experience with electronic health records and medical data management.

- HL7 & HIPAA Knowledge - Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and compliance standards.
