About the Role: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Manage multiple IT projects efficiently, ensuring timelines, milestones, and resources are aligned.

- ERP Expertise: Functional knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and others, with a willingness to work on varied platforms.

- Requirement Gathering: Document, analyze, and understand technical designs and business specifications.

- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to translate business needs into technical and operational requirements.

- Lifecycle Management: Act as a liaison among stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment and clarity.

- Change Management: Handle change requests, create transition plans, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

- Progress Reporting: Provide weekly updates to the Project Manager detailing milestones, status, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.

- Product Development: Contribute to product development initiatives with analytical insights and innovative solutions.

- Documentation: Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation for projects and requirements.

- Client Interaction: Travel to client locations for requirement gathering, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and deployment activities as required.

- Issue Tracking: Leverage tools like JIRA for effective issue tracking and resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing multiple IT projects.

- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) with readiness to adapt to other platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of analysis techniques and tools.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Familiarity with issue tracking systems like JIRA.

- Experience in product development and lifecycle management.
