Operations Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Analyze existing operational processes and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
• Direct, manage, train team members within the operations department.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales) to ensure alignment of operational strategies with corporate objectives.
• Monitor quality control processes and implement measures to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Courier NDR/Bills clearance, wt disputes, Vendor Performance pickups.
• Ensure that all operations comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare reports on operational performance metrics and present findings to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate & Post Graduate in operations domain
• Minimum of 3 years in operations management or a related field with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams towards achieving operational goals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to think creative ways to engage , retain and maximize performance among teams
• Should have Above average Soft skills, good convincing and negotiation skills
• Flexibility towards work responsibility, should be ok to involve in multiple roles and responsibilities.
