Immediate Hiring for Customer Support Team Lead.

Note : Candidates who are based in Bangalore will be eligible.

Job Description:

• Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience of 4+ years within Customer Service role with Team lead position.
• Bachelors degree or Post Graduation
• Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills
• Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory
• Prior experience in softwares such as Lead Square (or any similar CRM), Ameyo, Gupshup/wati
