HR Executive - Hospital Administration (Female)

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
2. Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
3. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Employee Relations:

1. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address issues promptly and effectively.

• Compliance and Policy Management:

1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies.
2. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
3. Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation with a focus on confidentiality and compliance.

• HR Strategy and Planning:

1. Develop HR strategies aligned with the hospital's business objectives and patient care goals.
2. Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile
