West Zonal Sales Manager

1.Travel Job 70% & 30% job in office.

2.Appointing Distributor & Achieve primary sales targets

3. Market Knowledge of leading distributors & turnover state wise & City wise

4. Increase in No of distributor and Monthly Turnover and market share.

5. Facilitate the Sales team for achievement of Annual Business Plan (ABP),

6.Work closely with the sales team for coverage, Distribution objectives in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).

7. Guide the Sales team for establishing Sales Targets - Brand wise - Pack wise

as per ABP.

8. Help them in breaking the sales and distribution targets Geographically, Monthly, Weekly & Daily.

9.Co-ordinate with Sales team and establishing Sales Territory, directly manage the ASM & SO route planning and activity reports

9. - Regularly up-date on sales trends

10. - Regularly up-date on the market developments, opportunities and competition

11. - Drive the sales team to focus on channel wise distribution to build distribution, visibility and volumes.

12. - Have Periodic review on the Progress of Business, Weekly, Monthly,

Quarterly, and on Yearly basis

13. - Have a Clear focus on Traditional Channels to build Distribution, Visibility

and volumes.

14. - Regularly have financial review with the Backend team to ensure that the

Budgeted Top-line and Profit Targets are achieved.

Major Work:

1. Handle the Field Sales force team

2. Existing distributor relationship management,

3. Adding new Distributor

4. Working in Market area for more direct orders

5. Focus Segment of SME & Non corporate clients
