  1. Sell the company's products by establishing contacts, leveraging on existing contacts and developing relationships with prospects
  2. Creating a distributor network by identifying super stockiest, distributors and other business opportunities, negotiating and closing the deal either individually or with the assistance of seniors.
  3. Ensuring proper documentation and statutory compliance
  4. Setting sales targets both primary and secondary along with the number of retail stores to be opened/serviced every month and achieving the same for each distributor for yourself and for the sales executive/sales officer
  5. Managing sales to the super stockiest, distributors, and further to retail stores, thereby achieving sales targets by retailing yourself and through the sales resources.
  6. Managing distributor's invoicing, sales, dispatch, and collections through the companies and the distributor's team sales.
  7. Directly responsible for opening and servicing A+ category retail outlets.
  8. Ensuring collections from Super Stockist, from and for the distributor as per the agreed terms
  9. Monitoring, training, grooming, and motivating the sales team to deliver targeted results by providing support, information, and guidance.
  10. Monitoring distributor's inventory both in terms of SKUs and age of inventory.
  11. Merchandising & display of the company's products for the entire area
  12. Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and inventory reports as per timelines provided by the company, along with reporting competition activity to RSM, HO
  13. Implementing sales promotions & marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently
  14. Identifying sales resources and preliminary screening
  15. Managing financial budgets and ensuring they are within limits
  16. Minimum Primary &Secondary targets per distributor per month - Rs.4 lakhs.
  17. The minimum number of retailer calls done by self-daily - 15 with 8 conversions every day. The company has all the right not to honour TA-DA if these minimum calls and conversions are not achieved.

Key Result Areas weightage:

  1. Sales & Distribution -70% (Achieving both primary and secondary sales targets,
  2. Increase market penetration and acquire shelf space. Generating and forwarding reports as per agreed timelines)
  3. Distributor & Inventory management - 10% (Ensuring collections and managing distributor outstanding and reporting. Strictly following FIFO and keeping track of the age of outstanding)
  4. Reporting: Ensuring daily sales report, weekly inventory & sales report, and monthly sales vs achievement report with the ageing of both Super Stockist and Distributors 15%
  5. Sales team management ensures the sales team is motivated and delivers their KRAs 5%
