Zonal Sales Manager- Vijaywada (Andhra Pradesh)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Manager-Sales & Marketing to oversee and drive sales operations in the Vijayawada region. The candidate will be responsible for managing distributor and dealer networks, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. 1. Sales Target Achievement
• Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Regularly monitor and report sales performance metrics.
2. Dealer/Distributor Management
• Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and dealers.
• Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers to expand market reach.
3. Market Expansion & Strategy
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance product visibility and penetration.
4. Customer Engagement
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly.
5. Sales Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
6. Competitor Analysis
• Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.

Job Sepecification

1. Educational Qualification:
• Any Graduate or MBA- Marketi
2. Experience:
• 6-8 years of proven sales experience in Pipe & Steel segments.
3. Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor networks.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting tools.
