Commercial Manager- Sanand Plant - Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management:
   
• Develop, evaluate and onboard new vendors to strengthen procurement capabilities.
2. HSN & SAC Code Management:
   
• Confirm and create HSN and SAC codes for accurate taxation and inventory classification.
3. Item Management:
   
• Create and maintain a database of new store items with proper classifications and records.
4. TDS Section Master Creation:
   
• Manage and update TDS section master for compliance and operational accuracy.
5. Procurement Operations:
   
• Oversee GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and MRN (Material Receipt Notes) for both store and B2B purchases.
6. Store Management:
   
• Monitor and manage store consumption, ensuring accurate reporting and optimized usage.
7. General Ledger (GL) Creation:
   
• Facilitate the creation of new General Ledger accounts for seamless financial operations.
8. Debit & Credit Notes Management:
   
• Handle the creation and reconciliation of debit and credit notes for both sales and purchases.
9. Stock Transfers:
   
• Ensure smooth and timely stock transfers across locations while maintaining accurate records.
10. Reports & Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze sales & purchase reports to support decision-making.
• Generate store consumption reports to track usage and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
• 6 to 8 years of experience in commercial operations, procurement and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of HSN, SAC codes, and taxation principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel,
• Excellent analytical, organizational skills
