We are seeking an experienced Presales Manager to lead the presales activities for ERP solutions. The Presales Manager will collaborate with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the presales team and manage all presales activities for ERP solutions.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our ERP products and their features.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of demonstrations, proposals, and RFP responses.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create customized solutions for clients.
Manage client relationships during the presales phase and ensure all queries are addressed.
Analyze customer requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
Mentor and guide junior presales team members.
Stay current with market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a presales role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position, specifically for ERP solutions.
Odoo ERP will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in ERP modules, implementation methodologies, and integration processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
