Job Description

Aria Telecom Solutions P Ltd. seeking for bright and enthusiastic individuals to strengthen the Technology Services, which develops mission-critical application for Call Centre Solutions like- Dialer, CRM, Mobile application, Gateways, IVRS, Android App., Cloud based solutions. This position will be responsible for all pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI response, conceptualize solutions, proposal preparation, and service mapping, provide demonstrations to End users/Channel partners, end to end communication with clients and internal team.
 
Job Description
  • You would be responsible for gathering requirements from our clients and converting business requirements into functional specifications and/or technical requirements.
  • You would be leading in preparing overall solutions and proposals for clients. At times, you might be able to do all the proposal on your own and at times.
  • You should act and work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as we'll suggesting innovative solutions to their needs / pain-points.
  • Develop, and build upon positive professional relationships gaining the confidence of assigned client representatives
  • Sourcing tenders and bids through secondary research
  • Develop, and build upon positive professional relationships gaining the confidence of assigned client representatives
  • Tracking & follow-up on bids, through timely intervention and active resolution of customer queries
  • Work closely with Sales team to ensure closure of deals and support in the hand-off to delivery teams
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience of working in both Government & Private Sector bids
  • Good networking in related markets.
  • Create collaterals and case studies based on offerings and work delivered by Organization, demonstrating the ability to address customers specific business needs.
  • Strategic Engagements with the OEM/Partners/sales team, support team, Development team.
  • Present technical briefings to executives.
  • Ability to work in dynamic situations, short timelines and with strict deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Vertical domain understanding from Telecom/CRM/Dialer/Gateways
