System Analyst JD

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with a strong background in project integration, notification systems, and system analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing system integrations and notification solutions to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across various platforms.

Analyzing and Documenting System Requirements and Business Processes

Gather and analyze detailed business requirements and existing processes.

Document requirements and processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Designing and Implementing Integration Solutions

Create integration architectures and data flow diagrams.

Develop custom APIs and use middleware to ensure secure, efficient data transfer.

Implement solutions with industry-standard tools and technologies.

Developing and Maintaining Notification Systems

Design and develop systems for notifications (e.g., email, SMS, push notifications).

Implement event-based triggers and rules for notifications.

Monitor and update notification systems regularly.

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams

Work with business analysts, project managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Align technical solutions with business goals through regular meetings and open communication.

Conducting System Testing and Validation

Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans and test cases.

Perform manual, unit, integration,regression and system testing.

Validate data integrity, system performance, and compliance with business requirements.

Document and report testing results.

Troubleshooting and Resolving System Issues

Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues.

Implement monitoring tools and maintain issue logs for quick fixes and long-term solutions.

Providing Technical Support and Training

Offer technical support to end-users and resolve their queries.

Conduct training sessions and create user manuals and training materials.

Creating and Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation

Document system architectures, integration processes, configurations, and test cases.

Maintain up-to-date, version-controlled documentation accessible to stakeholders.

Staying Updated with Industry Trends and Best Practices

Research and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices.

Attend industry events and subscribe to relevant publications and forums.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.

Proven experience with system integration and notification systems.

Strong understanding of integration tools and middleware.

Proficiency in scripting ,asp.net background(preferred)

Familiarity with API development and web services

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
