Management Representative

Looking for a Management Representative for ISO 27001 (ISMS) certification & maintenance at our organization. The MR should lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 standards and guidelines, provide feedback to top management on the effectiveness of the ISMS implemented.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that processes needed for the ISO 27001 (ISMS) are established, implemented, and maintained.

Reporting to top management on the performance of the ISMS and any need for improvement.

Reporting to top management on performance metrics and output data.

Promoting awareness of ISO regulations and expectations across the organization through strong communication and messaging.

Serving as a quality liaison with external parties regarding the ISO certifications.

Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.

Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.

Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits

Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.

Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and incidents

Train all company personnel in the documented company policies

Maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards.

Skills

Prior experience as MR / External / Internal auditor for ISO 27001 (Minimum 2 Years)

Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 requirements

Ability to listen and influence

Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively.

ISO 27001, ISMS, ISO Certification,Audits.

Experience:

MR / External / Internal auditor for ISO 27001: 2 years (Required)
