Job Description
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into functional specifications and Freshwork CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize Freshworks CRM to meet the business needs, including workflows, automation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead and participate in Freshwork CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the Freshwork CRM s potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) to integrate Freshworks CRM with other systems and enhance overall functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Freshwork CRM-related issues, optimizing system performance and usability.
- Document configurations, customizations, and project details for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working with Freshworks CRM in a functional consulting or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Freshwork CRM processes, including lead management, sales automation, customer support, and marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Freshworks CRM, including workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with other Freshworks products (e.g., Freshdesk, Freshservice) is a plus.
