Pre Sales Executive - ERP/ CRM

• We are seeking a dynamic Presales Executive with experience in ERP/CRM solutions.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, crafting suitable solutions, and presenting them effectively.
• You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to align customer needs with our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars for potential clients.
• Provide technical guidance to the sales team during client interactions.
• Create and maintain documentation related to customer requirements and solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, ERP modules, and competitive products.
• Manage client queries and provide solutions during the presales process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a presales role, specifically for ERP/CRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and modules (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
