Job Summary
As a Pre-Sales Executive/Consultant at MapleLMS, you will play a crucial role in managing the lead qualification process, supporting sales efforts, and driving business growth. You will manage and respond to RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and bids while assisting in lead management and qualification. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating across teams to align customer requirements with our LMS solutions and presenting MapleLMSs value proposition effectively to potential clients.
Role & responsibilities
● Lead Management & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads from various sources including tender and bidding portals. Evaluate leads to determine fit with MapleLMS offerings, and funnel qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.
● RFP/RFI/Tender Management: Handle the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
● Proposal Writing: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase MapleLMSs solutions.
● Solution Presentation: Assist in the creation and presentation of product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients needs.
● Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical and product-related information.
● Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on proposals and client solutions.
● Maintain Documentation: Ensure all pre-sales documentation is up to date, well organized, and accessible.
● Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights that can enhance our sales strategies.
● Support Sales Efforts: Provide assistance to the sales team by offering product insights, competitive analysis, and customer pain points during the sales process.
